CHINH Filmy Basta
Filmy Basta is a package of quality children’s films from all over the world to suit local culture. Film appreciation sessions was organized by CHINH on 17th and 18th August 2009 at NBS. This was a platform to choose children as jury members for the CHINH INDIA KIDS FILM FESTIVAL 2009, an annual event of CHINH to be held in October this year.
Children from elementary, primary and middle school enjoyed watching the short films screened. They wholeheartedly participated in the discussion and explored various aspects of the films. During the screenings children were made aware of film-making craft and how to understand films in critical, analytical and artistic dimensions of film making.
