Charu Wahi -
Principal
Charu ma’am has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Applied Psychology from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Education degree from Allahabad University.
A passionate educator and institution builder, she began her teaching career at The Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar as a primary teacher. Later she helped establish the school’s Special Education Needs Department and guided its development as Head. In 2001, after having been a part of the core team for the establishment of the Aravali branch, she became Principal of the Junior School at Aravalli and continued to expand upon her leadership and administrative skills.
Always a team player, with a special gift for being sensitive to the needs and concerns of those around her, she brings to her new role at NBS - a warm smile, an infectious energy and thirteen years of experience as educator, leader and administrator.
We are proud to welcome her as our founding Principal.
Vibha Bhasin - Vice Principal
Vibha ma'am is a graduate in English and Education. A life-long learner with varied interests, she has also acquired a Diploma in Nursery Teachers Training and Fashion Designing.
Having previously taught at Father Agnel School, Gautam Nagar as a primary teacher, and at The Shri Ram School, Aravali as an Academic Coordinator, she brings with her eighteen years of rich and diverse experiences in the field.
Anjana Jangra
Anjana ma’am completed her graduation from Maharani College Jaipur and then went on to acquire a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Allahabad University.
In addition to being an enthusiastic teacher of Art and Craft, she is also a proficient language teacher, teaching both Hindi, and German.
At NBS, she takes art and craft, Hindi and Sanskrit, and is always willing to contribute with her hard work and creativity.
Arpita Chakrabarty
Arpita Ma'am did her schooling from Delia School of Canada, Hong Kong and later worked as an assistant primary teacher in the same school for a year.
She did her graduation in Mass communication and obtained a Diploma in E.C.E (Early childhood Education) from Polytechnic for Women, South Extension, New Delhi. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Multimedia.
She is passionate about teaching. She enjoys reading, painting,sketching and graphic designing.

Divya Bajaj
Divya Ma'am hails from a family of teachers. She did her B.El.Ed from Delhi University, Jesus & Mary College and M.A. English from Annamalai University.
Thereafter she worked for 2 yrs with K.R.Mangalam World School, Vikas Puri teaching Mathematics and English at primary level.
She is passionate about teaching and enjoys reading and dancing. She joins NBS as a Primary teacher and we welcome her and wish her the very best!!
Nibha Borah
Nibha ma'am is a gold medallist post-graduate in "Child Development" from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam.
Before joining NBS she worked as a primary teacher in the "Air Force School", Assam and has also worked in "NCERT", New Delhi as a Research Fellow.
She is passionate about books and joins us at NBS as a class teacher to the little ones in our pre-primary section.

Bhupender Singh
Bhupender Sir has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from MMH College, Ghaziabad and has acquired Masters in Physical Education (MPE) from Noida College of Physical Education. He has had the honour of representing his college as the captain of the Badminton, Volleyball and Table Tennis teams and has won various tournaments.
Bhupender Sir has worked as Physical Education teacher in various schools and firmly believes in hard work, honesty and a compassionate approach. He is always ready to lend a helping hand and stands by the dictum of simple living and high thinking.
His aim is to inculcate a level of high ethics on sports field and to make children take sports seriously so that they may follow it up as a profession. His infectious smile is a hit with the children and we warmly welcome him to the NBS community.
Arun Srivastava
Arun sir completed his graduation in Commerce from Delhi Univeristy and then went on to do his Sangeet Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad in 2001.
He is currently doing his specilization in Mohanveena under the guidance of Pandit Vishwamohan Bhatt (renowned musician of India and winner of Grammy Award)
He has four years of teaching experience and has worked as a Music teacher in Sardar Patel Vidyalaya and Gurukul. He has composed music for various plays and has represented Delhi in the National Youth Festival.
He joins NBS as an Indian Music Teacher and we welcome him warmly into the NBS family
Mandeep Singh
Mandeep Sir is a graduate in Fine Arts from Institute of Fine Arts, Modinagar and has done his Masters in Drawing and Painting from Govt. College of Art, Chandigarh.
He enjoys doing creative work with waste material. His expertise lies in drawing, sketching and colouring using different material such as water colors, acrylic colours and oil colours. Besides this his knowledge encompasses wash, print-making (etching, dry point, screen printing, wood-cut, lino-cut), tie & dye, and computer graphics.
His interests lie in travelling and photography. He teaches art to the under- privileged children at the Dastak Bal Sabha (Regd.) Amritsar during summer vacations.
He has joined NBS as an Art facilitator and helps in nurturing talent.
Meenu Singh
Meenu Ma'am did her post graduation in Political Science from Delhi University and also did a diploma course in NPTT from Delhi.
Being a daughter of a Principal Chief Engineer (Civil) in BSNL and wife of a senior manager in HDFC bank she has travelled a lot and learnt from her varied experiences.
She is passionate about teaching and has a work experience of over six years. She has worked in schools such as the New State Academy and The Heritage School as Social Sciences teacher.
Her interests lie in travelling, reading , art and craft and listening to music.
She has joined NBS as a Class V facilitator and we wish her the very best
Sugandha Tiwari
Sugandha Ma'am did her graduation in Philosophy and later her Post Graduation Diploma in Special Education from the School of Rehabilitation Sciences, Delhi University.
She is trained in assessing and counselling children with various behavioural and emotional problems and has worked with children with special needs for the last five years in institutions such as The Silent Voice and the Circle Play School. She has also worked as private practitioner with the Tirupati Poly Clinic.
She enjoys reading books, singing, dramatics and Badminton. She joins NBS as a Special Educator and we welcome her to our community.
Neerja Sharma
Neerja ma’am has completed Visharad in Bharatnatyam from the Akhil Bhartia Gandharv Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai and is presently pursuing Visharad in classical vocal music from the same University.
She has teaching Bharatnatyam in various reputed dayboarding and residential schools for the last 12 years and is actively involved in various cultural activities and organizations like Spic Macay.
Her aim is to share different dance techniques with children and encourage them to pursue the same with a passion.
Mohan Lal Saini
Mohan Sir completed his graduation from Rajasthan University. He has also done “O” levels in computers and is now pursuing his “A” levels. His last assignment was with the “Neerja Modi School” in Jaipur as a Computer Operator and Network Administrator.
Mohan Sir enjoys music and learning more about computers.
He has joined NBS as an Administrative Assistant and looks after computer networking, hardware and software management as well. We welcome him warmly to the Nirmal Bhartia School.
Karishma Chaudhry
Karishma ma’am studied in Sadhu Vaswani International school for girls and did her teacher training from The Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar.
Her interests are music, reading books and she enjoys being with children. Karishma ma’am is an Assistant Teacher with Ankur Basant and Ankur Bahaar and helps immensely in their initial settling in period.
Kamlesh Mahra
Kamlesh Sir graduated from Kumaun University, Nainital and did his "B" levels in Computers. He has obtained certification from Microsoft and Cisco and has also done Linux from IBM IT Academy.
He has three years of work experience and has worked in organizations such as HP Symantec, Team Computers and Renovision Wipro in the IT sector.
Kamlesh Sir enjoys music, reading and travelling and is passionate about computers.
He joins NBS as a Computer Lab Assistant and looks after Networking, Hardware and Software management. We welcome him and wish him the very best.
Ratnasree Bose
Ratnasree Ma'am has done her post-graduation and B.Ed from The University of Calcutta. Her teaching career started from M.P. Birla F. Senior Secondary School, Kolkata.
Subsequently after marriage to an Indian Army doctor she travelled extensively across the country and has taught in various public and convent schools. She has 13 years of teaching experience.
She enjoys music and reading books. She joins NBS as a Class VIII facilitator and we welcome her to our community and wish her the very best.
Ravikant Kaushik
Ravi Kant Sir did his graduation in Commerce from Meerut University. He was awarded the Rover Award by the former President of India Shri Giani Zail Singh.
He has a 20 year working experience and has handled accounts in reputed schools such as Springdales Dhaula Kuan and Amity Gurgaon
Ravi Kant Sir enjoys cricket and kho-kho.He joins NBS as an accounts officer and we welcome him and wish him the very best.
Anindita Chatterjee
Anindita Ma'am did her graduation in Science from Kolkata and her M.A.(English) from IGNOU. Currently she is pursuing her B.ED from Rohtak University.
She is passionate about teaching and enjoys reading, painting and dramatics.

Deepjot Kaur
Deepjot Ma'am did her Masters (M.Sc) in Child Development with specialization in special education from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.
She has a vast experience in this field and has worked in the Dewdrop Therapy Centre as a Special Educator for the last six years.
She is passionate about children and loves to read in her spare time. She joins NBS as a Special Educator and we welcome her into our community.
Geeta Arora
Geeta Arora ma'am did her postgraduate in Business Adminstration and her Masters in Commerce from Delhi University.
She comes from a Business family. She has four years of working experience as a HR consultant. She enjoys reading and baking.
She joins NBS as a HR advisor and we welcome her to our community and wish her the very best.
Urmilla Sharma
Urmila Sharma Ma'am is a Post Graduate in Hindi with a B.Ed. from Agra University. She began her career as a Hindi teacher in Naval Public School, Chanakyapuri, Delhi and later worked in Heritage School, Vasant Kunj before joining NBS. She has a teaching experience of more than 8 years.
She is fond of reading, writing and listening music.

Keerti Singh
Keerti ma’am graduated in Elementary Education from the Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University.
She worked as an educator with RAHI a NGO organizing awareness campaigns and interactive sessions against child incest. She has also worked as a primary teacher in Modern Convent school.
Keerti ma'am's interest range from listening to music, reading, and internet surfing.
She joins NBS as a Class teacher for standard II and we wish her the very best.
Neha Narang
Neha Ma'am has a Master's Degree in Chemistry from University of Delhi and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Central Institute of Education.
She has worked with the Canadian Red Cross and with Navjyoti Institute for the mentally challenged.
Her areas of interest include the environment, health and nutrition. She enjoys reading in her spare time and writing poetry.
She joins NBS as Science Educator and we wish her the very best.
Preeti Sharma
Preeti Sharma Ma'am did her schooling from Delhi and graduated from Janaki Devi Mahavidyalya, Delhi University. She persued B.L.I.Sc. and M.L.I.Sc. from Annamalai University.
She has worked in reputed institutions such as Apeejay School, Pitampura and K.R.Mangalam World School, Vikaspuri.
She joins NBS as a Librarian with the objective of developing a well stocked and well equipped 'Learning Resource Centre' , we wish her the very best in her endeavour.
Preeti
Preeti Ma'am did her graduation in Political Science from Matreyi College, Delhi University and her B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) in I.G.I.P.E.S.S from Delhi University and M.L.I.Sc. from Annamalai University.
She worked as a Physical Education Teacher in Brilliant Convent Public School, Pitampura , Rahul Model Public School, Dwarka , and as a gymnastic coach in Holy Child School, Tagore Garden, Delhi.
She specialises is gymnastics (rhythmic and artistic) and has participated at the State and National Level.
She joins NBS as a Physical Education Teacher with the sole aim of developing the total personality of a child in body, mind and spirit through various physical activities and motor skills.

Geeta Ramesh
Geeta ma’am is a graduate in Home Science, a post graduate in child development, and has a diploma in psychological counselling.
She is passionate about teaching and research in the areas of child development and psychology, and enjoys thirteen years of experience in the field.
At NBS, she is our school counsellor and class teacher to the little ones in our pre-primary section.
Mayura Mahajan
Mayura Ma'am did her Masters in Mathematics and has a B. Ed and a PGDBM degree in HR and PR. Daughter of a Defense Officer and married to an Air Force Officer she has travelled across the country and taught in different schools.
She has six years of teaching experience in Science and Mathematics.
She has a creative streak in her and enjoys reading and music.

Meenakshi Arora
Meenakshi ma’am is an English Honours graduate from Delhi University and has completed her Bachelor’s in Education from Lucknow. An experienced teacher, she has taught for twelve years in various schools.
Meenakshi is one of the first members of our team and has been with us since we first opened our doors. A primary class-teacher, she enjoys learning from and growing together with her students.
Sonia Jathanna - Administrative Co-ordinator
Sonia ma’am daughter of a retd. Naval ENT Surgeon, graduated from the University of Bombay with Physics Honours. Post marriage, she did her Masters in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi Open University, Delhi.
She has 10 years of work experience in systems in the corporate world and for the last three years was working as an Administrator - PR in 'Shikshantar', a reputed school in Gurgaon.
Sonia ma’am has a keen interest in sports - mainly swimming, karate and tennis. She enjoys travelling, listening to music and reading fiction.
She joins NBS as an Administrative Officer and a Resource person. We welcome her to NBS and wish her the very best.
Pramod Singh Taragi
Pramod sir graduated from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University where he was captain of the basketball team and regularly represented Delhi University and Delhi State in various championships. Later, in order to pursue his passion for sport, he went on to acquire Masters in Physical Education.
Pramod has previously worked with schools as a basketball coach. He joins us at NBS as our Physical Education teacher.
Vivek Chhetri
Vivek sir comes from the North East where music is a way of life. He has a diploma in music from Prayag University and has passed the Grade VIII examination in music from the Trinity School, London. He is a part of the Delhi based band 'Perfect Strangers' and has released an album called 'Iwitness'.
Vivek sir has recently topped the Grade 4 examination in popular piano from Trinity and has a great deal of experience teaching western music to children. He is passionate about teaching them the finer nuances of music and sets high standards for the children.
Anil Jangra
Anil Sir graduated in Commerce from Kurukshetra University and holds a Certificate in Computing from IGNOU. A keen learner, he has acquired a Diploma in Systems Management and Financial Management.
Having had years of experience in the administration departments of various schools, he joined Nirmal Bhartia School in May, 2006 and has since then effectively handled different roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
A computer expert, he heads our systems department and is a computer teacher to our children.
Shikha Saxena
Shikha Saxena ma’am has done her MBA in Information Technology from AIMA, Delhi and training from HCL Noida. She was appointed as an academic head in Arena Multimedia and helped in establishing her center in north zone. She has a rich work experience of six years.
Shikha Ma’am is married to an Army officer. Being passionate about teaching she joined the Army institute of education and did her B.Ed.
In her free time Shikha Ma’am enjoys listening to music, swimming and yoga.
She joins NBS as a computer teacher and we welcome her into our community.
Sayori Sajeev
Sayori ma’am is a graduate in Business Administration. She has 10 years of extensive experience in the Corporate Sector in marketing and training.
In her last assignment, she worked as Process cum Training Manager for an International BPO in Gurgaon.
Sayori Ma’am loves music, reading books, travelling and enjoys trying her hand at various creative pursuits.
She joins us as Academic Secretary to the Principal. We welcome her warmly to the NBS community.
Rekha Bagchandani
Rekha ma'am completed her schooling from DPS Mathura Road. She holds a Masters degree in English, PGDE in Primary teaching from University of Hong Kong, TESOL from Trinity (London) Hong Kong, and a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise de Delhi.
She has worked as an English-French translator both in India and Hong Kong. Before joining the NBS team she was working as a part time English teacher in various schools of Hong Kong.
She joins NBS as a Class I facilitator and we wish her the very best.
Rupa Bhattacharya
Rupa ma’am did her B.Ed from N.E.H.U, Shillong and pursued her Masters in Psychological Counselling from the Institute of Behaviour Management Sciences, Chittoor. She has also done her Masters in Education from Lucknow University.
Daughter of an Army officer and wife of an Airforce officer, she has travelled the length and breadth of the country and has had the opportunity to teach in schools across. This has added to her rich and varied teaching experience of nearly twelve years. She has also headed a branch of V.V.John School, Jodhpur and shouldered additional responsibilities effectively.
Ruma Bora
Ruma ma’am has a Masters degree in Home Science from SNDT Women's University, Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from NEHU, Shillong.
She has 16 years of work experience, 3 years in the field of social work and 13 years in the field of special education in special schools as well as integrated schools.
Her quest to work with children with special needs motivated her to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Special Education from NIMH, Ministry of Welfare, Govt. of India.
A warm and caring person, Ruma ma’am enjoys cooking, travelling and reading.
She has joined NBS as a Special Educator. We welcome her and look forward to learning from her wealth of experience.
Prerna Misra
Prerna Ma’am is trained in the Montessori methods of teaching. She completed her graduation from Delhi University and has a rich experience of more than fourteen years of teaching at elementary level.
She is passionate about her profession and loves to interact with children. She believes in guiding rather than teaching the children and in inculcating discipline from an early age.
Having done Commercial Art as well, she has an artistic bent of mind and likes to present her work aesthetically. Her classes are full of fun and the children enjoy themselves immensely.
Sindhu David
Sindhu Ma'am has done a diploma in nursing from a leading institute in Kerala. She has had several years of experience having worked in various hospitals of Kerala and Delhi. She takes pride in her profession and is totally committed to looking after the children while they are in school.
As a part of the NBS family, she very efficiently takes care of anyone when ill.
Shambhavi Thapar
Shambhavi Ma'am did her schooling from Delhi and completed her graduation in Science from Delhi University. She has a Bachelors degree in Education and Environmental Science.
She is passionate about teaching. She has taught secondary classes and her teaching experience spans a period of more than six years.
She enjoys Science and cracking puzzles and maintains fitness by practicing Yoga.

Pushpa Nair
Pushpa Ma'am graduated from Bombay University with a Bachelors degree in Education. She has also done a Diploma course in Computer Management.
Being an army officer's wife she has travelled extensively and has taught in various convent and public schools and has been in the field of education for approximately 14 years.
She enjoys sports and has represented Maharashtra State in athletics. She also enjoys travelling, listening to music and reading.
She joins NBS as a Class I Facilitator and we welcome her to our community.
Neerja Mittal
Neerja Mittal Ma'am has done her graduation from Delhi University and a Diploma in Travel & Tourism .
She has worked in various schools for the last six years and also in the hospitality industry as a travel executive. She has a rich experience of nine years.
Her interests range from Travelling, Swimming, and watching movies.
She has joined NBS as a Front Office Executive. We welcome her to our community and wish her the very best.
Jyoti Mahajan
Jyoti Mahajan joins NBS as Junior School Co-ordinator. Besides a dedicated teacher, she has worked as an administrator, a curriculum developer and a teacher trainer as well.
She has worked in various capacities with many reputed organizations such as iDiscoveri, the Bharti Foundation, Mount Carmel School (New Delhi), Venkateshwar International School (Dwarka) and OPG World School (Dwarka).
She leads and motivates both students and teachers and incorporates the latest in innovative teaching methods.We welcome Jyoti Ma'am to the NBS community and look forward to sharing and learning from her experiences.
Nidhi Agarwal
Nidhi Ma'am graduated in Life Sciences and did her Post Graduation in Microbiology from Meerut University Campus. Thereafter she qualified All India GATE-2000 in Life Sciences and worked as a Microbiologist at a franchise of COCA COLA. She did her Bachelors in Education from Punjab University, Chandigarh and was awarded by State Institute of Science Education, Chandigarh for on spot teaching aid preparation.
She has a rich teaching experience of four years and has also represented India as a Science tutor in 6th International Mathematics and Science Olympiad at Yogyakarta, Indonesia in Nov2009.
She enjoys travelling to historical places and learning about their culture, handicrafts etc.
She joins NBS as a Science facilitator and we welcome her to our community.
Manjinder Chahal
Manjinder Ma'am a graduate from Jesus and Mary College has done her M.A, B.Ed and NTT. She's an army officer's wife and has 11 years of experience in teaching both pre primary and primary classes. She has taught in schools in Bhutan, Pune, Jalandhar and New Delhi.
Her hobbies include reading, travelling and listening to music.
She joins NBS as an Elementary teacher and we wish her the very best.
Jagtej Kaur
Jagtej Kaur Ma'am did her graduation in B.Sc Home Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh and her B.Ed from Guru Govind Singh IP University , Delhi.
She has worked in various schools such as RD Rajpal , ITL and Modern Convent School, Dwarka as a Primary Teacher.
She loves to read, listen to music and paint in her free time. She has joined NBS as a primary teacher and we welcome her to our community.
